From 1998 to 2022, Mizoram experienced the highest number of landslides in India, with 12,385 incidents, followed closely by Uttarakhand with 11,219. Other significantly affected states include Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir, according to ISRO data.
