Kolkata Knight Riders remain at the 6th place (11 points) after losing to Chennai Super Kings. Lucknow Super Giants (10 points), Sunrisers Hyderabad (7 points) and Rajasthan Royals (6 points) retain the 7th, 8th and 9th spots in the table. CSK remain at the 10th place. However they are on equal points (6) with RR after their win against KKR.

At the end of the league matches, the four teams that will be on the top of the IPL 2025 points table will qualify for the playoffs.
