Ryan Menezes, executive creative director, Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC), has left the agency. He joined VGC in December 2006. Menezes has joined McCann Erickson’s Mumbai office as executive creative director. At VGC, Menezes was instrumental in creating a corporate identity for the Indian Cricket League (ICL).

The Nielsen Co. has appointed David Parma as global product leader for its customized research group. Parma will report to Joe Willke, global president of the company’s consumer product leadership group, and will be based in New York. Parma has a background in client- and agency-side research, marketing and product development. Most recently, Parma headed the company’s BASES East Coast, US office, and the BASES analytical resource centre in India.

Bidisha Nagaraj is president (marketing) at Café Coffee Day retail café chain with its more than 550 cafes across 96 cities. Nagraj’s main responsibility at Café Coffee Day is to enhance the leadership position of the brand and increase its consumer loyalty through various innovative channels. Nagaraj started her career in advertising at Lowe Lintas.
