Piccadily Agro Industries Limited (PAIL),India's largest independent manufacturer of malt spirits and the producer of the award-winningIndri Single Malt and Camikara, India’s first pure cane juice rum, has announced itsQ2 FY24-25 results.The company reported a substantial increase in both sales and profitability, driven by strong demand for its single malt and premium alco-bev portfolio.

On standalone basis, the company has achievedProfit Before Tax (PBT)ofRs. 33.04 Cr.in Q2 FY24-25, which is a106.50%increase with anEBITDA of Rs. 43.63 Crore,an increase of 74.45%as compared to Q2 FY 23-24.

The company reported aNet Revenue from OperationsofRs. 200.52 Crore, theNet Profit Marginrose from 9.72% to12.44% Y-o-Y(a growth of 28.01%), while theEarnings Per Share(EPS) increased by109.52% Y-o-Y, atRs. 2.64

The profitability growth was driven by its distillery vertical led by premium alco-bev brands.

  • Single Malt Volume Growth: Indri single malt witnessed an outstanding sales volume growth of 443% Y-o-Y.
  • Sales Volume Growth: Premium Alco-Bev brands have achieved a significant increase of 426% in sales volume as compared to Q2 of FY 24-25.
  • Revenue Growth: The total revenue has risen by 63.45% Y-o-Y.
