Amitabh Bachchan admits Abhishek became unnecessary victim of ‘nepotism negativity’: ‘I feel the same not because…’

Amitabh Bachchan responded to a post defending his son, Abhishek Bachchan, against nepotism criticism. He expressed agreement with the sentiment, emphasising his support as a father.

Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan recently reacted to a social media post calling his son, Abhishek Bachchan a “victim of nepotism negativity”. 

While resharing a social media post admiring Abhishek Bachchan for his movie choices and calling him a target of “nepotism negativity”, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “I feel the same .. and not just because I am his Father.”

Abhishek Bachchan is preparing for the release of his upcoming movie ‘Be Happy’ with Nora Fatehi. In another social media post, the Kaun Banega Crorepati TV show host praised his son’s extraordinary efforts to adapt and change with each film character.

“Abhishek you are extraordinary .. how you adapt and change with each film character is an art, which is incredible .. love you Bhaiyu,” Amitabh Bachchan wrote in another post on X.

This is not the first time the legendary Bollywood actor publicly praises his son for his work. Amitabh Bachchan applauded Abhishek Bachchan earlier for his critically acclaimed movie “I Want to Talk.”

Resharing another social media user’s post praising Abhishek, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “superior .. Abhishek .. stunning .. Abhishek .. the walk the grace and .. THE STYLE .. and no fuss, just a normal being .. away from the unnecessary display of excitement or attention seeking ..”

Abhishek Bachchan debuted in the Bollywood industry in 2000 with movie Refugee alongside Kareena Kapoor. His movie career looked promising with superhit movies like Dhoom, Yuva, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, etc. However, he experienced a brief setback in his career after 2010. Abhishek Bachchan’s several movies including Raavan, Do and Die, Game, Players, etc failed to perform well at box office.
