Adani Enterprises Q4 Results: The flagship Adani group company, Adani Enterprises, on Thursday, May 1, posted a whopping 756% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,845 crore for the quarter ended March 30, 2025. The bottomline surge was led by an exceptional gain of ₹3,286 crore from Adani Wilmar (AWL) stake sale of 13.5%.
The profit figure stood at ₹449 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24. Excluding the one-time exceptional gain, the profit rose 24% YoY.
However, its consolidated revenue from operations declined 7.5% YoY to ₹26,966 crore in the March 2025 quarter, compared to ₹29,180 crore in the same period last year.
On the operational front, Adani Enterprises' earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation or EBITDA witnessed a 19% YoY growth to ₹4,346 crore during the quarter under review, from ₹3646 crore in the March 2024 quarter.
In the established business, the Integrated Resources Management (IRM) segment) saw a 38% decline in volume to 15.3 MMT in Q4 FY25 as against 24.7 MMT in Q4 FY24.
Meanwhile, in the mining services business, the dispatch increased by 10.7% to 14 MMT on a YoY basis.
The businesses that Adani Enterprises is incubating -- namely the ANIL Ecosytem and the Airports business -- saw strong income growth.
ANIL Ecosystem's total income jumped 32% YoY to ₹3,661 crore in Q4 FY25 while EBITDA rose 73% to ₹1110 crore. As for the airports business, income increased by 29% and EBITDA by 44% to ₹2,831 crore and ₹953 crore, respectively.

For the full year ended March 30, 2025, PAT surged 1.2 times to ₹7112 crore, as against ₹3,249 crore in FY24. Meanwhile, revenue rose 2% to ₹1,00,365 crore and EBITDA soared 26% YoY to ₹16,722 crore, driven by continued strong operational performance from incubating businesses.
Additionally, the company board also approved raising funds to the tune of ₹15,000 crore via various instruments.
“The Board has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of such number of equity shares having face value of ₹1 each of the Company and/or other eligible securities or any combination thereof (hereinafter referred to as (“Securities”), for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹ 15,000 crore or an equivalent amount thereof by way of any permissible modes, including but not limited to a private placement, a qualified institutions placement, preferential issue, or any other method or combination of methods as may be permitted under applicable laws,” the company said.
The company also announced a dividend of ₹1.30 per share of the face value of ₹1 each for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25).
“Board has recommended a Dividend of ₹1.30 (@ 130%) per Equity Share of face value of Re 1 each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”),” said Adani Enterprises.
It also announced the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members of the company to receive the said dividend as June 13, 2025.
The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after June 30, 2025, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable, it added.
