L&T Technology fixes record date for ₹38 final dividend. Check details here

L&T Technology Services Ltd has set Friday, June 6, 2025, as the record date to identify Members entitled to receive the final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25. If approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the final dividend will be disbursed by the company within 30 days following the AGM.

“The company has fixed Friday, June 6, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive final dividend for FY 2024-25,” said L&T Technology Services in an exchange filing.

The board of directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹38 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2025.

L&T Technology Services experienced a 9% year-over-year drop in net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25. The IT services company posted a net profit of ₹311 crore for the quarter ending March 2025, a decrease from ₹341 crore during the same period the previous year. Nevertheless, L&T Technology Services reported a 17.5% rise in revenue from operations, reaching ₹2,982.4 crore in the January-March quarter.

The company achieved a revenue growth of 8.9% in constant currency for FY25. In the fourth quarter, the firm experienced robust sequential growth of 10.7%, primarily driven by the Tech and Sustainability sectors during a quarter marked by challenging market conditions, according to the exchange filing.

L&T Technology Services Share Price Outlook

L&T Technology Services share price today jumped 2%, the stock touch an intraday high of ₹4,590 apiece on the BSE, and an intraday low of ₹4,510 per share.

Ruchit Jain, VP - Equity Technical Research, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd said that L&T Technology Services share price has seen some consolidation in last few days. The short term trend is sideways with support seen at ₹4,000 and resistance around ₹4,550-4,650.
