RVNL Q4 Results LIVE Updates: PAT falls 4% YoY; dividend of ₹1.72/share announced

RVNL Q4 Results LIVE: Recommended Final Dividend of ₹1.72 per share (i.e., 17.20%) on the paid-up equity share of face value ₹10 each of the Company for the financial year 2024–25, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, RVNL's revenue saw a sharp 40% spike while the profit also increased by 47%.
