Meghan Markle's latest wellness advice is raising concerns, as experts urge caution. In her new Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex creates a DIY bath salt blend, but skincare professionals warn it may pose risks. The recipe, featuring Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, arnica oil, and lavender oil, was shared as a welcome gift for makeup artist Daniel Martin.

According to a report by DailyMail, Health experts caution that Meghan Markle's DIY bath salts, showcased in With Love, Meghan, could potentially cause skin irritation or burns.

The absence of precise measurements has raised further concerns, with esthetician Jennifer Christopherson urging, “Don’t try this at home!”

DailyMail reported, this latest issue adds to the ongoing criticism of Markle’s homemaking credibility, including her repackaging of store-bought snacks and use of the "Sussex" title. Despite the criticism, Markle defends her methods, stating, “The joy of hostessing for me is making people feel comforted.”

Esthetician and YouTuber Jennifer Christopherson issued a clear warning: “Don’t try this at home!” The bath salt mixture, featured in the premiere episode of With Love, Meghan, combines Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, arnica oil, and lavender oil.

While preparing a gift basket for her close friend Daniel Martin, Meghan casually adds the ingredients without measuring them.

When asked how much to use, she simply says, “Quite a bit.” Experts point out that this lack of precision is problematic. Meghan not only fails to dilute the essential oils with a proper "carrier oil" but also uses excessive amounts — two full pipettes of arnica oil and three drops of lavender oil directly into the salt.

Christopherson, who analyzed the recipe in an 18-minute critique, described the undiluted arnica as "a crap ton" and warned that improper use of essential oils could result in irritation, rashes, or even burns. “You can’t just dump an essential oil in, give it to a friend, and be like, hey, have fun,” she cautioned, urging viewers to completely ignore Markle's method.
