The Company's activities are comprised of investment in equity shares, quoted as well as unquoted, units of mutual funds, fixed deposits with renowned banks, government securities, inter corporate deposits and loans to its group entities. It also undertakes activities such as private equity and margin funding and holds properties. The Company, through its subsidiary, IITL Projects Limited and the joint ventures of subsidiary, is in the business of real estate. The residential projects which have been undertaken by the Company are located in Noida and Greater Noida region and Yamuna Express way. The Company, through its subsidiary, IIT Investrust Limited, is also in the business of providing advisory and consultancy services to body corporates. Its projects include Express Park View I, The Hyde Park and The Golden Palms.
