Its Food Processing Business segment consists of the business of canned fruits and vegetables, jam, jellies, and squashes and juices. It is also engaged in the business of food processing through its subsidiary, Morton Foods Limited, which manufactures and markets canned fruits, vegetables and food products like jams, squashes, crushes, and vegetable sauces under the brand Morton. Its subsidiaries include OSM Investment & Trading Company Limited, Champaran Marketing Company Limited, and Hargaon Investment & Trading Company Limited, which are engaged in investment activities.
