UFLEX Limited is an India-based fully integrated multinational flexible packaging materials and solutions company. The Company’s segments include Flexible Packaging Activities, Engineering Activities and Others. The Flexible Packaging Activities segment is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide variety of products, such as flexi-tubes, lids, confectionery foils, and other value-added products. The Engineering Activities segment is engaged in manufacturing packaging, printing and allied machines. Its business consists of aseptic liquid packaging, flexible packaging, packaging films, chemical’s business, printing cylinders, engineering business and holography business. It manufactures a wide range of packaging films, including Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate (BOPET), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene, Cast Polypropylene, metalized, AIOx Coated, specialty films, green films, such as Asclepius Post-consumer recycled PET films and recyclable mono-material films.
