Bilcare to buy INEOS group’s global films biz

Mumbai: Bilcare Ltd said on Monday it plans to acquire the INEOS Group’s global films business for Rs607 crore.

INEOS’ global films business, which produces high quality polymer films, has annual sales of Rs1,458 crore, the firm said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The transaction is expected to be completed by August-end, it said.
