Dividend stocks: Balaji Amines, other three stocks to trade ex-dividend today

Dividend stocks: Shares of Geojit Finance, Balaji Amines, Jyothi Labs and Axtel Industries will be among stocks to watch today as these stocks are going to trade ex-dividend today when stock market opens for trade. The board of directors of Geojit Financial Services Ltd has declared ₹1.50 per share final dividend for the financial year 2022-23 while Jyothy Labs has declared final dividend of ₹3 per share for FY23. Balaji Amines has declared ₹10 per share final dividend fir the recently ended financial year 2022-23 whereas board of directors of Axtel Industries Ltd has announced ₹3 per share final dividend for FY23.

Balaji Amines dividend 2023

Balaji Amines informed Indian stock market exchanges about the final dividend citing, "The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share on face value of Rs.2/- each (i.e. 500%) for the financial year 2022-2023. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting."

Jyothy Labs dividend 2023

Jyothy Labs informed Indian bourses about the final dividend citing, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, which commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 1:40 p.m. have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23, which if approved by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid/ dispatched on or after July 27, 2023."

Geojit Financial Services dividend

The financial company declared final dividend and record date for it citing, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Monday, 03rd July, 2023 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The final dividend, if approved by the Members at the AGM, will be paid subject to deduction of tax at source."

Axtel Industries final dividend 2023

Axtel Industries Ltd announced the final dividend citing, “We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 3.00 (Rupee Three only) i.e., 30% per equity share of Rs.10 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 29th May, 2023.”
