Informing Indian stock market bourses about the bonus shares record date, Taparia Tools Limited said, "In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the company has fixed , 11th July, 2023 as the "Record Date ", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 4:1 [ie : 4 Fully paid up equity shares for every 1 (one) equity shares held.] Subject to the approval of shareholders."

Earlier, this penny stock priced below ₹15 informed Indian exchanges about issuance of bonus shares citing, "Recommended the issue of fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares to existing Shareholders subject to approval by the Shareholders in the ratio of 4 fully paid up equity shares to be issued for every 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders."

In one of its previous exchange communications, the micro-cap stock informed Indian bourses about the whopping final dividend citing, “The Board of Directors of the Company has inter-alia considered and recommended the Final Dividend @ ₹77.50/- (775%) per Equity share of Rs.10/- each from the Distributable Profit for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2023 , subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
